Earthing Sheet with Grounding Rod

Earthing-Barefoot Connections Sheet (also known as a bedpad) is placed at foot or length of the bed, over the bottom fitted sheet, and tucked around and under mattress. Placing your bare feet or any part of your body on the sheet grounds your body to the Earth during sleep. The sheet connects to the Earth with a ground cord. One end of the cord snaps onto the sheet. The rod end of the cord is simply pushed into the the electron-rich soil itself. This product is the most current generation and includes the ground rod attached to 45 feet of cable. Functions The sleep system is designed principally for night time use. Half sheets are offered as the most practicable and economic solution. Night time is the time of cleanup (detoxification) and regeneration. These activities benefit from lack of intrusion (by light, noise, electrosmog) and from regenerative support. Support is offered in two ways: 1. Reconnection with the natural diurnal rhythm which helps facilitate good sleep. Good, uninterrupted sleep supports regeneration and vitality. 2. Connection with the earth’s natural electron resource. Electrons are a major factor as an anti oxidant, helping address free radicals. Free radicals create damage to cellular function and are part of the aging (internal and external) process. This damage can be seen in stiffness, pain and inflammation. A secondary aspect is drainage of induced EMF voltage on the body. The electrosmog from household cabling and certain appliances can create a body voltage of up to 5 volts AC through the body. This can affect many internal processes: for example nerve signal have a voltage of some 90 mV (0.09 volts). Many bedrooms have a background of electrosmog and removing its effect is thought to be beneficial to sleep and recovery processes. The induced EMF drains to earth via the E’sheet.
